Core drilling cuts smooth, accurate circular holes through concrete, masonry and stone using a diamond-tipped bit.
Whether it’s a single penetration for a pipe or a large-diameter opening for a duct or riser, we drill to the exact size, depth and angle your plan calls for. Cores come out clean with no over-break, so the surrounding slab stays intact and finished areas stay protected.
Every core is scanned first with GPR, so the bit avoids rebar, conduit and post-tension cables — reducing the risk of a costly strike.
GPR checks the drill location for embedded steel and services before we start.
The core rig is anchored and aligned to the exact size, depth and angle needed.
The hole is drilled with water cooling and slurry control to keep dust down.
The core is removed, slurry cleaned up, and the area left ready for the next trade.
