Wall sawing uses a diamond blade mounted on a track that’s fixed to the wall, guiding perfectly straight cuts on vertical and inclined surfaces.
Because the blade runs on a track rather than by hand, wall sawing produces clean, accurate openings that a hand saw can’t match — square corners, straight lines and consistent depth. It’s the go-to method for cutting new doors, windows and vents into existing concrete or block walls.
Every opening is planned around a GPR scan first, so the blade stays clear of rebar, conduit and post-tension cables — reducing the risk of a costly strike.
GPR checks the wall for embedded steel and services before we cut.
The saw track is fixed to the wall and aligned to your exact opening.
The blade follows the track for straight, square cuts with water cooling.
The cut section is removed safely and the area left ready for the next trade.
